We are thrilled to accounce a new review co-authored by Mountain Legacy Project researchers Claire Wright and Eric Higgs, and researchers in the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany and Portugal, has been published in Nature Climate Change
The review looks at how climate change is creating new ecological conditions accross terrestrial and marine environments, disrupting exisiting comunities and reshaping how species and ecosystems interact. It also explores how conservationists might respond to these changes, from resisting ecological novelty to adapting, or actively managing for it.
